The largest and most beautiful hall at “Arkangelo” Conference and Art Center for wedding celebrations is the Refectory (158 sq.m.). It can accommodate up to 200 people at a time, who are ready to celebrate together with the newlyweds on their most beautiful day. This hall is particularly enchanting, adorned with the coat of arms of the Sapieha family, and its expressive vaults create a sense of grandeur. If you plan a banquet-style dinner, we suggest seating guests at round tables (up to 100 people). With proper seating arrangements, there will still be space for a music band and dancing.

 

The lighting in the hall is adjustable. It is possible to illuminate only the side arches or only the ceiling or everything together. To add coziness and uniqueness to the venue, you can additionally order exclusive LED lighting. With just a few lamps shining from below, the space can be illuminated in different colors, creating a special ambiance ranging from medieval elegance to romantic, luxurious, or modern styles. With the use of lighting and decorative elements, the Refectory can be transformed into an unfamiliar and exceptional space.

 

A significant advantage of “Arkangelo” center is that there are no restrictions on sound or time. The celebration can continue until the early morning, allowing for dancing and merriment.

 

During the warmer seasons, wedding celebrations can also be planned in the indoor courtyard (300 sq.m.). The courtyard is completely enclosed and can only be accessed through the conference center with doors located at the end of the corridor. In the indoor courtyard you can have greetings, concerts and even the festive dinner itself. The courtyard can accommodate up to 130 people.

 

Depending on your needs and the concept of the celebration, you can rent both the main hall and the indoor courtyard together. Couples often have the dinner inside the Refectory and organize concerts and dancing in the courtyard. The indoor courtyard is also popular for wedding receptions, post-ceremony greetings, photo sessions before moving inside to continue the celebration. If the entire event takes place in the spacious Refectory hall, the courtyard is always open for strolling and enjoying fresh air.

 

The beauty of the indoor courtyard is enhanced by the green lawn areas, and there are paths with paved cobblestones for walking.

 

There are electrical outlets available, so there are no issues with lighting or using powerful audio and video equipment. There are no time restrictions for the courtyard and there are no neighbors around. However, it should be kept in mind that it is an open space and loud sounds can carry into the Old Town. Therefore, all clients are advised to lower the volume during nighttime hours

 

The indoor courtyard is complemented by its bright walls and vaults, allowing for impressive lighting and decoration, creating an unforgettable and unique atmosphere for the celebration.

 

As “Arkangelo” Conference and Art Center is located near the most beautiful churches of Vilnius Old Town, the indoor courtyard can also be reserved for greetings and refreshments after the wedding ceremony.

 

We are flexible, so if the indoor courtyard is rented and the weather turns unfavorable, we provide the Refectory as an alternative space at no additional cost. On that day there is only one event taking place at “Arkangelo” center, allowing exclusive use of all the spaces for a single client.

 

Spacious corridors – the wide corridors and lobby inside the venue can also be utilized for the celebration. It is possible to set up photo walls, a bar and decorate them with candles and flowers. Clients who rent the main hall or the indoor courtyard, can use the spacious corridors free of charge.

 

Additional spaces – when choosing from the list of caterers, a separate room is provided (Fireplace Hall which has a sink and a small fridge) free of charge. We work with several leading and top-quality food suppliers, so there is definitely a wide range of options to choose from.

 

If needed, dressing rooms can be additionally rented for changing clothes, storing belongings or preparing for performers. There is space available for that.

 

Hooks are provided for hanging clothes. The center has spacious and well-maintained separate restrooms for men and women, as well as a restroom for people with disabilities.

 

To make it convenient for clients, if possible, items can be brought in a day before the event and taken away on the next working day.

Guides will reveal secrets hidden in the Cathedral’s underground for over 50 years, share stories of the lives of nuns in the former monastery and explain the connections between the spaces and the famous Sapieha family, magnates of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The museum premises span several floors, so the time allocated for the tour will definitely not be too short.

 

Upon request, it is possible to organize an organ concert. The 18th-century organs found here still produce magnificent sounds to this day.
